The "Standard" CTI hosting package includes everything necessary to get your practice up and running on OpenEMR. This package includes a 256bit SSL certificate for securing you patient data and remaining HIPPA compliance. Each OpenEMR hosting client is provided a dedicated and portable virtual machine on which to host their OpenEMR installation. Unlike many of our competitors, we can't resell shared hosting solutions. If at anytime the decision is made to move your hosting in-house or to a new service, CTI will provide the entire OpenEMR install on a portable hard disk drive. CTI engineers are available on a contract or hourly basis to provide customization to OpenEMR, training or to facilitate integration with existing or disparate systems |

CTI's "Premium" Hosting package includes all of the benefits of the "Standard" package with some notable additions. "Premium" hosting includes a dedicated SSL certificate allowing our hosting partners to use their own domain name when accessing their OpenEMR installation via the web. Instead of using a shared address such as "https://drjoe.cnybit.com" clients would be able to use their own address such as "https://emr.drjoe.com/". The "Premium" package also includes 36 hours of professional consulting services each year. These services can be utilized for any purpose relating to OpenEMR. These might include customizations, training or integration with existing healthcare systems. |
