CTI performs R&D in: radar and communications systems, algorithm and software development, and IT infrastructure. Projects include: developing a semantic web based toolset for reengineering software, applying artificial intelligence to radar systems, creating algorithms for digital communications over analog radios, research in multistatic radar systems, and developing a mobile toolset to provide information to bandwidth and computationally deprived devices. The many years of R&D performed for the military has earned CTI the reputation as a leader in the field of signal processing, computer technology and software development.
